Drawn arc studs are a core product series of Guangzhou Yonglong Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Drawn arc welding uses an electric arc to melt the stud base and parent material, forming a metallurgical bond. The process involves: positioning the stud on the workpiece, striking the arc by lifting the stud, maintaining the arc to create a molten pool, then plunging the stud into the pool under spring pressure. Drawn arc welding provides deeper penetration and higher weld strength, suitable for larger diameter studs (M6 and above) and thicker materials.

Our drawn arc studs are primarily used in construction (steel structures, composite floor decks, shear connectors), bridges, and industrial facilities.
