Application Description

In the electrical appliance industry, stud welding products are primarily used for fixing and connecting internal structural components. This includes household appliances, industrial electrical equipment, and electronic devices, all of which require stud welding products to achieve reliable connections between components. Stud welding eliminates the need for drilling or tapping in thin sheets and does not damage the sheet's anti-corrosion layer, making it an ideal connection method for electrical product manufacturing.

CD studs and CD weld nuts are the most widely used products in the electrical appliance industry. CD welding technology features extremely short welding time (1-3 ms), minimal heat-affected zone, and virtually no sheet distortion, making it particularly suitable for welding thin sheets (0.5mm-2mm) in electrical products. After welding, the stud or nut provides a threaded connection point, facilitating subsequent component installation and removal, improving production efficiency and serviceability.

We provide stud welding products in various specifications for the electrical appliance industry, ranging from M3 to M12, with materials including copper-plated low carbon steel and stainless steel. Stainless steel products offer excellent corrosion resistance for appliances with higher material performance requirements. Hotline: 020-81762527, 020-81012789
