Application Description
Stud welding products are indispensable connecting materials in the construction industry, primarily used for connecting steel beams to concrete floor slabs in steel-structure buildings. By welding studs to securely connect concrete and steel structures, composite structures are formed that significantly improve the load-bearing capacity and seismic performance of buildings. This composite structure leverages the high tensile strength of steel and the high compressive strength of concrete, making it a widely adopted structural form in modern construction.
In high-rise buildings, bridges, industrial plants, and other construction projects, weld studs serve as shear connectors playing a critical role. Drawn arc welding is used to securely weld studs onto steel beams, then concrete is poured to form an integrated load-bearing system between the steel beams and concrete floor slabs. Our drawn arc stud products are available in specifications from M6 to M25, meeting the design requirements of different building structures.
Additionally, insulation pin products play an important role in building exterior wall insulation and roofing insulation projects. By welding insulation pins to steel structure surfaces, then using insulation washers to firmly secure insulation materials, the long-term stability of the building insulation layer is ensured. Our products are widely used in numerous construction projects with reliable quality. Hotline: 020-81762527, 020-81012789
